It is no secret my history with my Lemon Law Hellcat and the drama I went through. However, I have always been a fan of the Challenger. Many said I was Crazy to buy another Challenger, this time a Hellcat RedEye. What I did not expect to find was a completely rusted front suspension.

The most common reply or answer to this is "Its only surface rust" quit being a baby, bla, bla, bla... BUT, when I find pitted suspension threads that have been corroded for a period of time this is clear this is beyond surface rust. To put it simply, if you removed the nut on the spindle bolt on my car the threads would be damaged, period, end of story.

The car was brand new with 20 miles on it not to mention it is a 98K Car !!! But it's only surface rust, relax, REALLY? OK then, explain to me how my 2015 Challenger RT with over 22K miles on it also bought new does NOT have one spec or spot of this "so called" surface rust? OR, my 2008 Dodge Charger with 77K miles on it? Guess what? That's right, not one spot of suspension rust!!

Complained to FCA through email communication's over and over, bottom line response, it does NOT fall under a issue covered by the new vehicle warranty... Ha Ha OKAY then...

Tell you what FCA, if that one attorney with the BALLS to get you for putting this crap on these cars crosses my path you had better be ready, no threats, just a PROMISE!!! PLEASE LET THAT CLASS ACTION ATTORNEY CROSS MY PATH !!!

All these cars on YouTube rusting away, brand new Dodge Demon's, Challengers, etc, etc... you ought to be ashamed of yourself FCA.

All these Challengers, Chargers, 300's Track Hawks rusting away all over the USA.
