Incorrect Wheels Installed
This bulletin involves replacing all four wheels to the correct wheel options ordered if required.
The customer may notice:The vehicle has the incorrect wheels on it.FCA will contact each customer for the RRT and inquire their wheel preference. For the customers who are satisfied and want to retain possession of their current wheels, FCA will remove them from the RRT population from VIP. For the customers that are dissatisfied and want their wheels replaced, FCA will schedule an appointment at the customers local dealership during the initialphone call. The dealership will then be contacted by FCA and finalize the appointment time and notify them to order the correct wheels
