: the contact stated the vehicle was involved in a crash and the air bags failed to deploy. When making a left hand turn, the vehicle was struck by a train. The point of impact was on the driver's side door. The vehicle was pushed 10 meters by the train from the original point of impact. The vehicle was equipped with both front and side curtain airbags. The driver's seat and left rear passenger seat were pushed over 4 inches from their original positions. Although, the driver and passengers were wearing safety restraints, the contact sustained massive injuries. The contact received 13 skull fractures and broken ribs. The police filed a report at the scene. The insurance company has possession of the vehicle and deemed it totaled.

Engine stalls at freeway/highway speeds causing loss of control - numerous electrical failures - transmission - A/C blows both cold & hot air at same time - power switches getting hot to touch - repairing dealer has been unable to fix - each time it is worked on - problems multiply after they flash/reprogrammed PCM/computer
