Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic and System Improvements
This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest
available software.
The following powertrain system improvements/enhancements are included in this
software release. These symptoms are broken down by vehicle:
2015 WK 3.0L engine (Sales Code EHD)
· ** P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak.**
· Enhancements to remote engine start.
2015 WK 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH)
· ** P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak.**
· U0140-00 - Lost Communication with Body Control Module (BCM).
· Enhancements to improve a slight lag or hesitation during Multi Displacement
System (MDS) mode transitions.
· Enhancements to improve a slight drop in engine RPM when the vehicle is shifted to
reverse or drive within 3 seconds of a cold start.
2014 WD 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH)
· Enhancements to improve a slight drop in engine RPM when the vehicle is shifted to
reverse or drive within 3 seconds of a cold start.
2015 WD 5.7L engine (Sales Code EZH)
