Owner noticed a very strong smell of fuel coming from the vehicle. Owner had vehicle towed to a gargage because of the strong fuel smell. The smell went away for a while, and then smell started up again. The vehicle has been brought to a garage 4 times for this problem.

On May 1, 1999 the replaced O-ring repair failed after 440 miles, spilling fuel profusely. The vehicle was towed to festus, mo. Lucas smith Dodge replaced the failed O-ring on May 3, 1999.
