We were just leaving the school campus and turning on to the city street in front of the school. We have not been able to put the headrest back into it's correct position. This happened on or around the 02.27.20. We did not have time to check into having it fixed/corrected before covid-19 hit.

Journey

  • 28,439 miles
After pumping gas I get back in my car to the drivers side head rest deployed. It was in park, I was not driving, there should be no reason this should of happened. Ive tried to put it back as stated in the owners manuel and it will not lock back in place. Ive called the dealership and this cost $500 or more to repair. Dodge needs to have a recall on this!!! if I would have been driving this could of caused me to get in an accident. This really needs to be investigated!!!
