My car's passenger side headrest deployed while I was sitting in a parking lot. I was the only one in the car and hadn't touched anything. No crash and no warning lights beforehand.

I was driving home from picking my son up from school. After my son got in the vehicle and we began to drive off the front passenger side headrest deployed. We were just leaving the school campus and turning on to the city street in front of the school. We have not been able to put the headrest back into it's correct position. The head rest on my passenger side just popped off and needs to be replaced. It seems that the plastic breaks so easily. Also the plastic parts on the side of the two front seats break and crack so easy. On my car it's hanging in by a single piece.
