Summary
CORE, Heater For a blocked heater core diagnosis, please collect a sample of 10-12 oz. of coolant (antifreeze) prior to replacement and contact Pedro Ruas at (248) 622-8109 or email Juan Mendez at juan.mendez1@fcagroup.com for FasTrak return of parts and collant sample to FCA for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
