When coming to a stop light & applying the brakes, brake pedal went to the floor, causing extended stopping distance. Taken to dealer at leased 4 times. Was informed problem cannot be duplicated. Brakes wearing excessively. The ABS module is causing the problem. Happens intermittently. Now on 3rd set of pads.

Consumer complaining of driving vehicle on the street at 40 mph, on normal road conditions, when consumer went to apply the brakes, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. Dealer notified, but still wants consumer to pay even with warranty. Proportioning valve was replaced. Consumer states there is a snapping noise in the steering column, dealer replaced front axle track. Steering wheel was off center. Lower radiator hose was rubbing the frame and was worn, dealer replaced.

When hitting a bump, a pulsation in the brakes occurs, when putting foot on the brakes, and hitting a bump the brakes do not seem to work. Dealer contacted three times, and will not respond. Consumer states when right front tire hits a bump, with slight foot (brake) pressure, the truck feels like it is free wheeling, dealer informed consumer that is the way the brakes engage.
