BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES BUILT BEFORE SEPT. 15, 1995 (MDH 09-15-XX). THE AIR FILTER ELEMENT MAY HAVE A TEAR IN THE CORNER OF THE LOWER SEALING SIDE ON THE FORWARD OR REARWARD EDGE OF THE URETHANE SEAL. BULLETIN INVOLVES REPLACING THE AIR FLTER ELEMENT.
