Driving from the airport in rockford, ill. - all headlights went out. Fortunately, I was in the far right lane as was able to pull over. I was able to continue only by discovering that holding the brights/turn signal lever in, enabled the headlights to come on. I was truly fortunate, that no one got seriously injured as this was on a major highway. A recall needs to be issued immediately by Ford to ensure that no one dies because of this!!!!! any thoughts?
