Some 2018-2019 EcoSport vehicles equipped with keyless entry and built on or before 24-Sep-18 may exhibit a no start condition with a Key Not Detected warning message in the instrument cluster. This may be due to either one or both key fobs not being completely programmed. Both key fobs should be reprogrammed before any further diagnostics are carried out. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419,01C. For claiming, use causal part PATSKEY and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
