I was told this would be elevated to their management, but I think four months is extremely long time to effect a recall. The vehicle smells like gas and I'm hesitant to drive it due to the increased risk of fire. I basically have a vehicle I can't drive waiting on Ford to get parts to the dealership. Any pressure that can be put on Ford to get the parts to the dealership would be greatly appreciated.
