Consumer received recall letter concerning lugs: Nuts, recall number 98V095000 in June 1998. Consumer should have received second notifcation before taking the vehicle into the dealer for complete remedy, which has not arrived.

While driving on secondary road, three lugs: Nuts: Bolts that hold wheel to axle sheared off, causing rear wheel to separate, fell off/rolled into nearby field, speed 45 mph, managed to maintain control of vehicle. Wheels recently rotated by dealer.
