Some 2022 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a family entertainment system may experience system concerns. For assistance, contact the VOXX Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-869-7888. If possible, record the device serial number by selecting the gear icon from the home screen, then Settings, scroll to Device and Software, select About, then Your TV and the serial number will be shown on the right-hand side. If the unit will not power up, the serial number is on the label on the back of the monitor. It may also be beneficial to know the date the issue occurred, how long the monitors were on prior to the issue, what was being done (streaming video, high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), what apps) and if the fundamental operating system (FOS) version was recently updated.
