Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit intermittent no crank/no start concern. The concern may no longer be present after a battery reset. This may be due to the body control module (BCM) software. To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM using the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 15604 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
