Some 2022-2023 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a 1 speed transfer case may exhibit a concern where the 4x4 setting reverts to 2H after a key cycle. This may be due to the transfer case control module (TCCM) software. To correct the condition, reprogram the TCCM using the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS).
