The panel under the the rear window (the one they have a recall on because it can fall out) has an eight inch crack from top to bottom. Cracked for no reason. This has to be a factory defect and because not enough people have complained about it they won't fix it. Said it will cost me 350.00.

I don't understand how this could happen. I live in Southport, NC. I rarely gets cold here. I wake up and notice that my panel under the rear glass is cracked all the way. Had to call the dealer because afraid that the window might fall out or the window will crack also because the thing that held it in place will fall apart.
