While driving about 30 mph on the highway driver side tie rod broke from corrosion, causing a collision with another vehicle. Also, vehicle vibrated uncontrollably.

While driving at 5mph tie rod assembly separated from the ball joint, forcing the consumer to pull out of the road. Dealer notified.

While driving at approximately 30 miles per hour I lost steering. When I got the truck stopped and looked under it I found the right tie rod had separated. The tie rod had stripped threads where it connects through the adjustment sleeve, the adjustment sleeve also had stripped threads.
