Vehicle malfunctions at start-up. Will not turn on and displays "stop safely now" message. Has also thrown codes for low battery voltage that simply disappear. Vehicle malfunction at start-up does not throw code.

When starting truck so far 4 times in the first month of ownership it doesn-??t start. No codes but dash displays full accessory mode and stop safely now. Tons of these trucks have same issue. Ford has no clue why or how to fix. Very unreliable

Reporting this after the second time this incident has occurred. Shortly after starting the vehicle, there was an extremely loud electrical/static pop coming from the speakers, followed by extremely load static noise which went on for several seconds. The noise was so loud, that it caused ringing in ears. The noise was not related to the volume control of the speakers, as turning the dial all the way down to zero, or turning the volume off, had no effect on the noise. To stop the noise, I turned the vehicle off. This occurred while I was in a parking lot, and fortunately not driving, but would have been a dangerous and disruptive situation if it had occurred while driving. Reading into this online, it sounds like this is not an isolated occurrence, and others are experiencing an even worse version of the problem that will not stop until the battery is disconnected. Also reports this is happening in the middle of driving. I'm nervous to drive the vehicle now.

The 240V mobile charging cord that is sold with the vehicle repeatedly overheats and derates the charging speed once overheated. Problem has existed since the vehicle was brand new. Cord is used in a warm climate but not an abnormal temperature for a non-climate controlled garage. Overheating electrical equipment could result in a household electrical fire if the temperature sensors were to fail, which is a safety mechanism and shouldn-??t be triggered in normal everyday operation. An alternate brand charging cord with similar capabilities works fine on the same outlet in similar environmental conditions. This is a well known problem from other owners of F-150 Lightnings and Mustang Mach-Es. Therefore a warranty replacement with an identical unit does not appear to be a prudent resolution and would be preferable to be recalled and re-engineered.

My truck features the B&O speakers and initially I heard a very loud pop on the passenger side of the vehicle. Radio and CarPlay was playing but no sound was coming from the speakers. Then an extremely loud static noise vibrated the entire truck through the speakers at full volume. I had family in the car and it scared everyone. Pulled over and shut the car off and the static persisted until the electronics fully shut off. Went back in the truck and turned it on and the static continued. On the 3rd try 5 minutes later the static finally stopped and everything worked -??normal-??.

Entered vehicle and started my truck, and Immediately after a stop safely now along with full accessory power flash continuously. Along with the warnings I was unable to move my shifter as it was stuck on park the whole time. I turned off and restarted the vehicle 8-10 times over the course of 10-15 minutes which in the last try the messages went away and was finally able to put into drive and drive to work. I researched this issue and see a ton of other owners are having similar issues from this model.

Battery is bad. Drove truck 4600 miles without issue, went to start truck and battery was dead. Needed to jump start truck, drove for 30 minutes, parked it and measured 12.2V. Charged truck overnight, measured 12.6V. Drove to work 30 minutes, parked 10 hours, drove home 30 minutes, measure battery at 11.08V. I could not start the vehicle and get out of the area I was in.

I have a F150 Lightning being delivered ( expected 2/23 - 3/2 ). I-??ve read about the fire on 2/5 almost exactly the date my truck was shipped. Ford says -??should-?? be OK. Dealer says Ford problem. I don-??t want a bomb in my garage. What should I do? Know you-??re on it as I read a story today. You should know that Ford is basically telling me to take delivery -??as is-??. This hardly seems safe to me as well as others who have builds that coincide with this very dangerous issue. Thank you for any help.
