Got into my truck after work and it would not start. Two warnings were flashing "Full Accessory Power Active" and "Stop Safety Now". I turned off my truck, the tried to start it several times. 15-20mins later, my truck happened to start.

Air conditioning goes out when on low and fan blowing. Heat was overbearing as I am in the south and had to stop for fear of heat exhaustion.
- Simpsonville, SC, USA
When coming to a stop, say a stop light or stop sign, after a few seconds at a complete stop, the vehicle lurches violently forward. First time it happened, I thought I was rear ended, but no one was behind me. According tho hundreds of posts on www.f150gen14.com, it seems to be a known issue with the Auxiliary Transmission Oil pump, but dealerships are not acknowledging the issue or claiming it's a non-warranty issue. Regardless of that, the safety concern is the vehicle lurching into traffic, pedestrian, car in front, etc.

At 300 miles, air conditioner lines froze up. Took to dealer; wouldn't fix it. At 700 miles, air conditioner lines froze up again. In 100+ temps outside, this is a safety issue the dealer refuses to fix.

HVAC airflow gradually goes to zero when demanding air conditioning on days > 80F. Air conditioner lines will develop a thick layer of ice prior to experiencing no air flow. The remedy is to turn off the AC and keep fan on MAX. As the system warms airflow gradually returns. Ice buildup is the culprit as after performing the remedy a large amount of condensate is discharged underneath the vehicle.

The center console lid (work surface style console lid), continues to fall closed due to the springs not being strong enough to support the weight of the lid in the open/up position. If you are not paying attention or holding the lid open/up, it will slam close/down without warning. Since the lid is open, you can assume the inside of the console is being accessed, thus the lid slams closed on hands/fingers. It is bad enough for adults, but is extremely dangerous to the small hands of children. I have reported the issue to my local Ford Dealership and to Ford Corporate. Currently there are no recalls or solutions to the issue. A quick search of the internet, shows how big an issue this is on the Ford F-150's

The hood (frunk) on the F150 Lightning is stuck in a semi-latched position. It will not reset to release and will not latch completely. The truck does issue a visual and audible warning.

Excessively loud speaker sound on B&O unleashed
- Panguitch, UT, USA
My truck features the B&O speakers and initially I heard a very loud pop on the passenger side of the vehicle. Radio and CarPlay was playing but no sound was coming from the speakers. Then an extremely loud static noise vibrated the entire truck through the speakers at full volume. I had family in the car and it scared everyone. Pulled over and shut the car off and the static persisted until the electronics fully shut off. Went back in the truck and turned it on and the static continued. On the 3rd try 5 minutes later the static finally stopped and everything worked -??normal-??.

Entered vehicle and started my truck, and Immediately after a stop safely now along with full accessory power flash continuously. Along with the warnings I was unable to move my shifter as it was stuck on park the whole time. I turned off and restarted the vehicle 8-10 times over the course of 10-15 minutes which in the last try the messages went away and was finally able to put into drive and drive to work. I researched this issue and see a ton of other owners are having similar issues from this model.
- Warren, MI, USA
The axel bolt sheered off of the rear passenger side of my vehicle. I only have 10K miles on the truck. This is a common problem among F150 Powerboosts w/ max tow package. This same flaw is found in Powerboosts from 21-23. Ford needs to recall!!! Check any F150 owners forum and you-??ll see the same problem.
