Between 50 and 65 mph the truck experiences wheel-hop after very minor bumps on the highway. As the hop starts , it immediately goes into a "hyper-shake" and loses conrol going off the roadway or into other lanes. It has happened three times to date. Thank God no one has been hurt yet (exept my wallet). This is my primary vehicle / work truck. The dealership is still trying to figure it out. I'll repost the cure if it does not kill me first.

I have three '06 Ford 250's that exhibit the exact same problem as John C. of Yonkers, NY. All three trucks are under 30K miles and experience the dangerous "hyper-shake" at normal highway speeds. I have taken these trucks in to the dealership and they've replaced the steering dampener, checked the alignment, and rebalanced the wheels. Yet the problems continue. The dealership is perplexed. If anyone has an idea what the problem might be, please post your thoughts. Thanks.
