BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED W/ A 31TH TRANSAXLE. TRANSAXLE SLIPS MOMENTARILY (ENGINE RPM INCREASES/FLARES) DURING LIGHT THROTTLE 2-3 UPSHIFTS.
