Airbag light stayed on. Took vehicle to dealer and they said module had not come in, and that they would contact consumer. While driving at 35 mph, consumer hit a tree head-on, and airbags didn't deploy. Consumer's module still has not come in.

Consumer was driving at 4-5 mph coming from a dead stop to make a turn, turned a little wider and hit curb, leaving a mark size of quarter on tire. Dual air bags deployed, causing loss of vehicle control. Steering locked up, vehicle went over the curb. Tire did not blow, and there was very little damage. Front windshield completely shattered due to airbags deploying. Dealer made a statement that there was airbag sensor in the wheel.

While driving at about 20 mph consumer rear ended another vehicle, and both airbags deployed. However, consumer felt like airbags went off at a very low speed. Passenger's side airbag shattered front windshield, and there was glass everywhere. Consumer felt that if on highway and window busted, glass could easily get into consumer's eye.
