Summary

NOISE CONCERN COMING FROM THE LOWER ENGINE SPLASH SHIELD THAT COVERS THE CRANK PULLEY. THE CONDITION IS CAUSED BY TIE DOWN CHAINS BEING MISPOSITIONED DURING VEHICLE TRANSPORT.
