The contact owns a 2005 Ford Freestyle. When the weather is very cold, the driver's side door latch would stick and not remain shut. It took the contact 45 minutes of playing with the door to get it to remain closed. The failure was due to the latch linkage system. The failure and current mileages were less than 32,000.
