Transmission started shifting hard and then the clutch start making a loud noise and start smelling. The radiator has been boiling over and I had a raditor repair shop to fix it the first time but it start getting hot again, and I took it to the Ford dealer and they worked on it, but it still kept getting hot so they flushed it out and changed the thermostat which did help it a little.

Head gasket failed, water pump and radiator replaced.

The radiator was leaking. Took vehicle in for service on radiator, which was under warranty. Mechanic did not find cause of leakage. Now, 15,000 miles later, the head gaskets are causing a problem. Was no other warning except leakage earlier. Temperature gauge was not overheating. Taking vehicle back to dealer.
