Some 2024 Mustang vehicles built on or before 30-June-2023 may exhibit a Low Brake Fluid message displayed on the instrument panel cluster (IPC) without low brake fluid in the reservoir and DTC C0049:0A stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module. This may be due to the current software of the ABS module. To correct the condition, reprogram the ABS module using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool.
