The accident occurred in lancaster county, SC. Metal from the inflator canister exploded penetrating my clients neck resulting in death. Decedent hit a cow in the middle of the road causing him to run off the road into a field -resulting in airbag deployment. Accident occurred at 3527 rocky river rd. In lancaster county, SC. Client was not ejected from vehicle but remained stationary in driver seat. There is no doubt airbag shrapnel metal killed my client, as this has been confirmed by death certificate and autopsy report.
