They will not schedule my Ford Ranger for recall parts. They tell me to call back in two weeks and they should have replacement parts by then. We are in the Texas high heat and humidity and our vehicle is a do not drive and our only car to drive. So what do we do keep taking chances and getting put off until we get killed by a defective airbag we have known was defective for over 2 years but no parts were available and now that they are no one will fix it?? help us please. Help! please! we have to get to dr visits, I am a cancer patient( and it is a 100 mile round trip )and buy our meds. And groceries. No choice but to drive this ticking time bomb. Please help us!
