Some 2019-2020 Transit Connect vehicles may exhibit an inoperative electrical AC power outlet socket built on or after 28-May-2018. This may be due to a body control module (BCM) software missing a signal to the alternating current to direct current (AC/DC) inverter control module. To correct the condition, reprogram the BCM with the latest level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool.
