I was in a car accident. After I slammed on the brakes, the seat belt popped off. I hit the steering wheel. The passenger air bag deployed but the driver's side air bag did not deploy. Although the car was drivable, the seat belt remained locked and unusable after the accident. RQ04011.

Recall 00V27000/manufacturer's recall 00S26 concerning air bag assembly failure. Consumer took vehicle to a scheduled appointment. When consumer arrived at dealer he was told in a rude manner that part wasn't in, and to get out.
