When brakes are applied during wet conditions the pedal goes to the floor, the rear brakes lock up, resulting in extended stopping distance. The dealer has replaced the rear brake drums. Dealer considers the problem as normal.

Consumer's ABS light comes on periodcally, and stays on for 2-3 days at a time. Consumer took vehicle to suttle motor corporation olds. Cadi. GMC dealership--757-886-1700. Dealer repaired vehicle in November, 97. Computer indicates that the valve body may be going bad, so they got the light to go off. Dealer says the vehicle is now fine. The light still comes on after the dealer says it's fixed.

Driving at approximately at various speeds brakes feel as tough there is air in line, needs to bleed. Pedal went to floor. Feels as tough if in a panic will become inoperative. Dealer replaced master cylinder/bled brakes. Defect is still reoccurring.

When driving on any road conditions and stepping on the brakes the front brakes do not work at all and the back brakes lock up. In October of 96, dust was removed from brakes drums and disc brakes. Consumer is still experiencing same problem with brakes.

On regular road conditions when applying the brakes the vehicle pulls to the right. The front brakes pads were replaced, and rotors resurfaced at 18,000 miles. At 25,000 replaced front right rotor assembly, and at 27,000 replaced caliper assembly. At 28,500 increased clearance between calipers and brakes pads. Vehicle still pulls to the right when applying the brakes.
