This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that the OnStar LED is staying on after the vehicle Retained Accessory Power has turned off and/or their Bluetooth phone stays connected after leaving the vehicle. Technician will need to check the Station Identification number. If the Station Identification number falls in the range technician will need to perform an over the air system programming.
