This Preliminary information communicates Auto Stop message on the DICNote about Auto Stop message on DIC. It appears that anytime the engine comes to a stall or near stall the "Auto Stop" message on the DIC will light momentarily (just a second and may blink on several times then go out).It is unknown why this anomaly occurs.It appears this gauge cluster can be used with an auto stop vehicle even though trucksdo not have auto stop at this time. It may be for future use on other trucks.
Bottom line is ignore this message and fix the issue of stalling or near stall concern.
