Summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about a service engine soon light on. Technician will find diagnostic trouble codes P0089 and P228D set in the engine control module. This concern could be due to an incorrect intake camshaft or camshaft actuator sprocket. A diagnostic trouble code of P0171 could also set from installing incorrect injectors.
