This Preliminary information communicates information to the technician about the HVAC pop-up on the radio display may show 61 degrees but the display on the HVAC knobs will show correct temp. Only the radio pop-up is showing the incorrect information. Technicians should not make any repairs. Dealer should communicate to the customer that we apologize for this inconvenience and that General Motors is working on a soulution.This PI will be replaced with a bulletin once repair information is available.
