This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may not level the truck when there is load in the rear of their vehicle or a trailer is attached to the vehicle. Technician will need to inspect the air bags on the shocks for kinked or trapped bags. If any shocks are found with air bags kinked or trapped replace that shock. Then the technician should update the Engine Control Module with the latest calibrations.
