Summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician on the step to diagnose and repair vehicles with a CD or DVD player that will not take a disc. Technician will gain access to the player and inspect the player to be mounted on the locating pins. If the player is not mounted on the location pins reinstall the player.
