Before the consumer was told of a recall, the vehicle stalled, it was then the consumer was informed the stalling was caused by the ignition switch.

Took 1999 Honda Accord in for ignition switch recall. Dealer replaced switch, however did not reconnect alarm system. Was told by service rep that "it was against federal law for them to do so". additionally cars itermittent wiper system is no longer functioning properly. Spoke with Honda corporate customer service and was advised that each individual dealer assumes responsibility for car alarm issues related to the recall.
