Consumer stated the vehicle was parked and the engine was off and the steering was locked, consumers wife exited the vehicle with the keys, and the vehicle began to roll down the driveway, vehicle then smashed into a wheel barrel, tree and a tool shed, the dealer replaced the ignition switch.

Whenever key is in ignition & pressing on brakes, vehicle is not able to shift from park to reverse. Would have to take key out of ignition & place it in hole next to the ignition & then turn it. Afterwards, key must be removed & put back in ignition switch to start vehicle. It causes a lot of problems, and hazardous.
