Brake rotors on 2003 Honda Accord ex warped at 6000 miles and required resurfacing. Vehicle now has 15000 miles on it and the problem has recurred. This is a safety issue in that the brakes are unreliable.

The consumer was told by a service manager that the material on the brakes was a thinner material than other Honda models. The consumer was also told that the heat caused by excessive braking and pressure caused the rotors to warp. The consumer was told that she was not driving the vehicle correctly.
