On the 2008 Accord, the headlights dim periodically as the radiator fan cycles on and off. After two trips to the dealer, they say there is no fix, that's just the way it is. B.S. A new Accord just unloaded off the transport at the dealer lot did the same thing.
They also claim that there is a regulator that Honda started using in the early nineties that causes this. To date, we've driven two 1996 Accords, two 1998 CR-Vs, a 2001 Civic, 2007 Accord and now the 2008 Accord and none have exhibited this problem till the 2008 model.

The headlights dim when the ac unit fan kicks on and off. This happens all the time while running the temp control. Honda checked it 3 times and the best they can come up with is that it is normal and there is no fix for it (Deal with it) I have seen postings on other sites of several other people having this issue to.
