After driving my 2011 Accord for 40 minutes ... my right side of my back is killing me. No seat position helps. The seat appears too hard. The front seat is very uncomfortable and the lumbar support now starting to give me lower back pain as well.

What can i do ? Honda told me that's the way the seat is. So it looks like I am f**ked. I"m so sorry I got this car.

I am so beyond sad and disappointed. I have this new car that I was so excited about getting and I'm devastated, in tears. Everything else about the car is awesome but I literally hate getting into it because it is so uncomfortable. Now I have this new car and am stuck with it and am beyond upset. Honda has a choice...lose so many customers or do a major seat recall!

So uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hard to stay focused on the road after 2 hours of driving because of back pain. Some people like these seats. So go on a long test drive be for you buy one. You may love the seats or you may hate them. PS: Back seats are very comfortable.
