The contact owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving approximately 48 MPH, the brake warning light illuminated, and the vehicle jerked abnormally while coming to a stop. The contact depressed the accelerator pedal aggressively to avoid the vehicle from stopping. The dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 8,000.
