During normal operation of the vehicle, "SRS" warning light on the instrument panel will illuminate and stay on. Dealership has examined vehicle, and replaced SRS unit due to an unknown failure. Please provide any additional information / documentation.

Consumer was involved in an accident, the airbags deployed, however consumer states they did not perform as designed, when both airbags deployed they were the size of popcorn bags, in which they did not protect consumer, he received second and third degree chemical burns.
