Acceleration is still sluggish after updates. Problem with engine is not fixed as it is probably a poor design. Updates made the situation better. It ran best after the updates. First had problems before it was a year old.

Transmission constantly hesitates to downshift when more power is required, even if I press accelerator all of way to the floor. Many time it places me in dangerous situation, particularly while merging on the highway.

My 2010 Honda CRV rolls back while on an incline in drive. Dealership says that is customary with the Honda. It rolls back and will only stop when you press the accelerator.
