The contact owned a 2016 Honda CR-V. while the contact's vehicle was stopped at a traffic sign, it was struck on the driver's side front fender by another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to an independent mechanic. A police report was filed. The contact sustained a minor injury to the head, which did not require medical attention. The manufacturer and dealer were not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 12,136.

The contact owned a 2016 Honda CR-V. while reversing at 10 mph, another vehicle crashed into the rear driver side of the contact's vehicle. The contact's vehicle flipped over on the passenger side without warning. The side air bags deployed and a police report was filed. The contact in the other vehicle sustained injuries to the knee that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and deemed destroyed. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
