The contact called the dealer on three separate occasions and was informed each time that a service manager would call him back however, he never received a callback or an appointment. The manufacturer was also notified of the matter and the contact was provided a case number. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact had not experienced a failure. Part distribution disconnect.

The contact called back the same dealer three weeks later and was informed that they were only receiving a limited supply of parts and could not service her vehicle.
