Received recall letter stating parts would be available for fix by end of May. Now it is mid-September and when my husband contacted the local dealer he was told "there is no fix for this problem, and no parts to fix it." This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a repair to a potentially horrible problem.

Honda has recall my 2019 CR-V due to potential airbag release from a steering column wiring issue. They suggest not to drive the car. However the local Honda dealers do not have the parts necessary to correct the problem and, in fact, do not know when they will be available. I am nervous driving my family because of their warning, but have to as it is the reliable vehicle I own. Please put maximum pressure on Honda Motors America.

NHTSA recall notice arrived in July 2019 nimber 19V- 38300. I have called ocean Honda multiple times and no parts available to fix the recall. I spoke with ocean Honda Sept 19 2019 and still zero word on when parts will be available. I purchased this vehicle on or about January 15 2019 and an shocked to learn Honda was aware of this issue yet sold me a unsafe vehicle anyhow. I feel I have waited long enough for a remedy. The car only has 800 miles on it and has not had an incident as of yet but the car has been parked since recieving the recall notice in July.
