Summary

THE TIMING BELT TENSIONED TOO TIGHT CAUSING, A WHINE OR CHIRPING NOISE CAN BE HEARD COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE AT IDLE OR JUST ABOVE IDLE. YD
